ENERGY MANAGEMENT

We offer a solution that connects all your facilities and centralizes building management operations, site engineering, and energy analytics. The solution is a web-based application. In a nutshell, it is is an enterprise energy management package that makes it easy for anyone to understand the energy usage of their building or facility.

Why use our web-based application?

  1. Energy Analytics inside of enteliWEB enables you to turn the existing data and sensors inside your building into virtual meters and manage energy consumption down to the zone and equipment level. This software-based approach gives you a complete level of knowledge at a fraction of the cost of installing sub-meters.
  2. Engineering Tools in enteliWEB allow you to create, edit, and save objects, modify system graphics, and back up databases from a single modern-looking front end.
  3. Centralize Facility Management and make it easy to integrate scheduling, alarm management, and operations. Connect to all of your buildings under a single login
    without having to network everything together. Track all building automation system (BAS) changes by service personnel, partner technicians, and facility managers in enteliWEB.

ENERGY MONITORING

We provide energy monitoring and analysis software and equipment that are reliably accessible and affordable. This includes;

  • Tenant Billing system is software that allows building owners to save cost by automatically billing tenants for utilities usage, and/or after-hours energy usage.
    Tenant utility billing includes electricity, gas, water, thermal energy (chilled & hot) and after-hours air-conditioning override.
    Tenants who utilize energy after hours can be charged for energy consumption outside their normal lease agreement terms. Our billing suite validates a few parameters to make sure the billing event is genuine.
  • Check to make sure the system is outside normal hours.
  • Check to make sure that no other user has created a duplicate or overlapping event.
  • Check to make sure the target equipment is indeed operating.

After these checks are validated a billing event is created and the customer is invoiced automatically.

  • Fuel Monitoring, Temperature, Occupancy and Light Level Sensors
  • Energy Auditing
